Invertebrata = music based on improvisations on randomly detuned and sometimes prepared acoustic guitars.

The tracks on this album are one-take recordings, without edits or overdubs, except tracks tracks 5 and 14 (these contain some overdubs of random improvisations on several instruments - recorded in Museo Interactivo de la Málaga (MIMMA) - and some street noises (with delay fx), also recorded in Málaga on september 1st, 2019). Track 16 is the only track where some effects were applied on the guitar.

Track 1 is the sound of a computer game played on a tv-set;
a very short snippet of this sound is added at the end of tracks 3 and 10.

Everything was recorded with a Sony ICD-PX470 digital voice recorder.

Accidental background noises are a deliberate part of the recordings.

The titles of these tracks are the recording dates & times.
